GTMA is an investment promotion agency for the greater Toronto area.

The Start Up Lab

Strengthening the creative-hi-tech image of Sao Paulo. Many people in Sao Paulo lack the skills to converge their creative talents with business skills. With a private entrepreneur, we planned and executed an online resource and a physical innovation incubator in Sao Paulo to help foster large scale creativity and innovation within the city and beyond.

Regional Economic Collaboration

Researched and produced a report on how the various economic development agencies within greater Toronto can improve collaboration and represent the region with a united pitch to foreign investors.

Toronto Cuisine project


One of the key recommendations in our DNA Toronto project was to implement a 'symbolic action' of an original Toronto cuisine. Culture is an important association for places and food in particular. This is very interesting because Toronto is a very young city with not enough history to have its own authentic cuisine culture; however, my point is that the art of being good ancestors is to develop new traditions in our own life time for which future decedents can be beneficiaries of. Anyhow we connected with Chef David Chrystian of Victor Restaurant who is well-known local talent recognized by The National Post as one of the city’s top 10 chefs. Together we formulated food that symbolizes Toronto's cultural pluralism. For example we created 'the Toronto spice' which is a perfect blend of spices from around the world. And many other dishes which inter-culturate different countries. Do check out Victor restaurant to try out 'Toronto cuisine' which is located in the Le Germain Hotel on 30 Mercer St.

ParaPan Am Toronto Games 2015



Based on my field experience with the Toronto story project, I was invited to present the key findings of my research and recommendations to the Pan Am 2015 team. It was essential that they understand the true genius/story of Toronto since such games are an enormous opportunity for any city, region or nation to strengthen their collective image. (internally and externally)
